Insurance
A patient needs to be referred from a provider, and the provider's office needs to send the last bloodwork and office note stating reason why the patient needs to be seen. If the patient's insurance requires a referral, it is the patient's responsibility to get that prior to the visit.
Meadow Kidney Care accepts all insurance plans, including medical assistance and Kaiser.
If you have a question about your insurance, please contact our office. The managed care health insurance market changes rapidly, and specific coverage questions should be discussed directly with your insurance company or our knowledgeable staff.
