Jeremy Yospin, MD
Dr. Jeremy Yospin moved to Maryland in 2003, and has worked in Frederick and Howard Counties before joining Meadow Kidney Care in 2007. Dr. Yospin is the Medical Director of the FMC Dialysis units in Waynesboro cnd Chambersburg, PA. He is active with the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland and State of Maryland Commission on Kidney Disease. He lives in Frederick County with his wife and children.
