Office Policies

Appointment Policy

At Meadow Kidney Care, appointments are made once your referring physician has provided to our office the most recent bloodwork and office note as to why you need to be seen.

We ask that patients give us 24-hour notice for cancellations, and we charge a $25.00 no-show fee.

Prescription Refill Policy

If you need a prescription refilled, please leave a message on the prescription refill line, and the prescription refill will be addressed within 72 hours (3 business days). Please contact your pharmacy to find out if the prescription has been filled. Please do not call the office to check on status until 72 hours have passed (3 business days).

Billing/Finance Policy

We ask that co-pays be paid at the time of visit. Outstanding balances are paid at the time of a visit, if not paid previously. Meadow Kidney Care offers payment plans for those with large balances.
